Mike was here today for a total of two hours, during which he replaced two large screens on my porch, and adjusted two sliding doors so that they are now fully operable. He also advised me on three additional jobs to be done in the future, and gave me specifics on the materials (new exterior door, and numerous new door knobs) that I will need to order. Very courteous and professional, and he did a beautiful job on the porch screens.

Patrick was very friendly yet very professional in his demeanor. He explained exactly what he did and he left me with a feeling of relief in knowing that it was a job well done.
I am very happy with the work Patrick did on the dryer flue as well as the bathroom fan flue.
The manner in which he so professionally and efficiently did the work left me with the feeling
of a job well done. I will certainly avail myself of his services in the future when necessary.

Mike did a nice job pulling some siding and caulking around my front steps and filling up the hole that was a pest entry. But $110 per hour, plus $65 service fee, plus materials for a cost of almost $300 is in my opinion way too high. Therefore I would not recommend this business unless you are really desperate

Excellent service for replacing sliding screen door to outside deck.
Fred was extremely timely and did painstaking work installing a new ""sliding screen door." The door needed much tweaking to fit the space and he was painstaking in accomplishing the job efficiently. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Ace to others based on this experience.
