Shower fixtures installation
Eric arrived exactly on time, proceeded to get right to work and our shower fixtures installed in less than two hours. Very professional. We’re very pleased and would definitely receive Handyman Matters to friends and neighbors. I would definitely consider Handyman Matters for future projects.

ERIC WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND CLEANED THE AREAS AFTER COMPLETING THE PROJECT. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM. HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY THE HOURLY RATE IS HIGH AND IS SUBJECT TO SO MANY FACTORS OUTSDE THE CONTROL OF BOTH THE HANDYMAN AND THE CLIENT. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND WITH THIS CAUTION: ONLY USE THIS COMPANY FOR VERY COMPLEX JOBS WHICH MAKES THE HOURLY RATE A GOOD FINANCIAL DEAL.

I was happy with the work Clint did. There was a little confusion on the estimate but half of it was my fault, just recommend reading to make sure all the work you want completed is included. Great customer service and very friendly. Already working on lining up a second job.

First Time Customer - Not using services again
I booked a full day and only got 2.5 hrs not 8 hrs. Despite what was discussed with the front office rep on the phone, I believe she manipulated the schedule for their benefit and intentionally mislead me. When I questioned her twice about it (5.5 hrs) with no reply and discussed inconsistencies with what happened vs their written policy I had an unsettled feeling of lack of honesty. Work would likely have cost me double than initially discussed so I CX job. Job was easy stuff--painting, shutter replacing, etc. Worker (Eric) was fine, solid work to that point. Wouldn't consider again.

As you note, we always review how our service works over the phone before scheduling and then we send the information in an email to verify the conversation and provide transparency. Another Awesome Job
Again Clint was on time efficient and the sink counter was exactly what I wanted! He was the only person who understood what I was talking about and his measurements were spot on! We are beyond happy with our new bathroom countertop it is absolutely amazingly gorgeous! Did I mention he cleaned up and vacuumed my bathroom as well just totally impressed as usual! As always dealing with Michelle was a delightful experience shes always on top of what’s going on! Thank you both so much!
