My experience with Trent was great from the start. Not only did he take down the list of my needs, but he assessed my house inside and out and made recommendations as to other things he thought I might need. Some of the things were on my to-do list for so long I had stopped thinking about them. Of course I jumped at the opportunity, and realized, once Trent had completed the tasks, that they had been causing me a certain kind of low-grade stress because I knew for so long the things needed to be done but never really knew who to call or how to get them accomplished. And now they finally were done!! I feel like Trent turned my "to-do" list into my "WELL DONE" list. He was polite, thoughtful and thorough. He suggested a couple more things to which I also readily agreed, and he came back a few days later to complete those items. He kept me apprised of how many hours he thought the tasks would take and kept me in the loop if was going over. Overall, a great experience!

Our service man knew what had to be done. He fixed our toilet in the master bath, the flush arm on the toilet in the den bath room and a hanging lamp in the living room. the next time we need service, I would have John back.

Our craftsman was knowledgeable and friendly. We will use Ace in the future. I would request our craftsman.

John was friendly and professional. He came prepared with tools and materials necessary to complete the tasks. He finished the items we requested to be done in less time than we had booked. We had other small jobs that needed to be done and he took care of them. We would definitely request him for future tasks. The service provided by ACE Handyman Services and the Craftsman John was outstanding.

My cabinets are lined up, but because my cabinets are not square off, the cabinets have some sticking points. The service man did the he could under those circumstances.

We needed a number of odd jobs done at our new gym and John and the other gentleman who came out we’re very progressional. They were timely and kind and did everything we needed done. Switched lightbulbs, hung racks on the walls, hung clocks, hung towel bars, they even built one piece of large gym equipment and fixed another one that wasn’t built correctly (by someone else). We were extremely happy with our experience with Ace’s handyman service
