Chimney sweep and chimney cap installation
Eric was the gentleman that provided expert services and ideas for my needs. He was prompt, professional, and experienced. I’m definitely going to use Ace Handyman Services over and over again! Thank you so much.

Rain Gutter Repair
Eric was excellent. He cleaned out all of our rain gutters, repaired some places that needed new screws, and did so in a timely manor. Ace's rates were very reasonable and Eric was efficient and a good communicator.

Chimney sweep
Eric came on time and told me everything he was going to do. He was polite and very conscientious about being careful with my home. He’s very people oriented and did a fantastic job on my fireplace. He cleaned the area very thoroughly. I am so pleased that I am going to have him come back and put a chimney cap on for me. I would highly recommend him and the Ace Handyman service to everyone.

Excellent job
Eric was excellent. Polite, explained exactly what he was doing. I had a computer meltdown and he was very patient, as I was on phone getting my issue resolved. He cleaned up after himself, no mess. I would definitely ask for Eric in the future.

Excellent work resolving a complicated issue
Bracken was the Ace Handyman sent to simply "clean" our gas fireplace. It turned out to be a much more complicated issue. Bracken persevered and demonstrated patient problem solving to resolve the issue. He clearly took great pride in his work. If there was an issue it had to do with a break down of communication between the Ace Handyman system and Bracken attempting to communicate via his cell. That was resolved with Bracken in a professional manner.

Epoxy floor update! I have since talked to several contractors and showed them pictures of the horrible job Ace did! Darren the manager did not follow through and blamed my senior cat peeing on the floor for the damage! Epoxy is supposed to withstand harsh chemicals if applied correctly. That is why I got epoxy in the first place because my cat is old and misses the box. These people make me sick. After writing a bad review I did get a call from Darren but he never showed up and then blamed my cat and refused to honor the warranty. STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY!
