I received a call at noon for a 1pm appointment was told they would be late. 15 min til 1 they called said wools were on time. Asked me for a gate code. I explained we don’t have any gate codes and to follow someone in if got there answer someone was going in, if not and nobody opened it right then to call me and I would come open the gate. Very simple and that’s how it is and always been. It takes about the time of a short stop light for me to drive down and open the gate (or the time it takes to buzz someone up or go up an elevator). I hotness called by the “owner” Brad. They canceled the appointment. He said he didn’t have all day to have his Guys to sit around and wait all day to get in a gate”. He said husband guys had “other job s to get to”. We had a 3 hour appt time blocked off so not sure what jobs anyone had to go to before 4pm. I was flabbergasted at the rash behavior. The owner seemed triggered by our HOA rules. I told him that’s the way it works and I can’t did anything about the gate code that didn’t exist. He responded I was “defensive” (I was actually mad as hell they acted so outrageously a d ridiculously). He also said that he realized we were not a “match” (weird talk, just very bizarre behavior for a business). They seem extremely determined to chase off clients overnight something so silly.

What I have appreciated most about Handman matters and why I would recommend them to friends and family is because they make every effort to ensure customer satisfation and have a warranty on their work. This is not the case for every service and for this reason, it make this company reliable and I’d trust them to perform a great job with any repair around my home.

I found handy man matters thru home advisor . The were quick to respond to my request for a quote. They made an appointment right away, were prompt on the appointment time . I had a list of various things to do all were accomplished in s fair amount of time. Price was right. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. Thank you
