He ended up with the worse case scenario once he go started, but was able to solve it without any issues. I asked if there were a couple specific services that the company offers. Yes they do! Brent came out for a consultation today. I was hesitant about the $65 fee, as we are pricing out a few other companies who are giving estimates for free. As soon as he left, I canceled the other appts! He was professional, friendly, and so helpful! My pantry doors fell off the track and I’ve been going nuts with them. I casually mentioned it while we were talking about painting the cabinets and he popped them right off and showed me how to fix them with a simple Phillips head screwdriver. On my handyman list was a leak in the sink- he got under the sink and started screwing the pipes back together. He was here for two hours going over every single project on my right now and five years from now list. He helped me determine priorities, made recommendations for budget saving and highlighted the projects that were worth the extra investment. He took the time to lay out multiple options and make sure I understood both the price and end result differences. I can’t wait to get started and I can’t imagine using anyone else for my home repairs moving forward.
