arrived on time did work in a timely manner cleaned up afterword's answers several questions and look at other project i had and gave a rough estimaste over all well satisfied would recommen to friends

WINDOW SILL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
The windowsill was replaced as requested, however, the bottom portion of the 2 side frames had damage to their bottom part. He patched in new pieces to replace the damaged portions, but they did not install flush with the existing frames. I would have preferred he had informed me of the fact that they would not match up to form a seamless repair prior to the repair. I would have preferred that both side panels would have been replaced instead of patched. It is very evident of the patch to the panels.

I am busy preparing for a move, juggling work and so forth. When emptying a metal utility shelf in the garage so I could wipe it down, I discovered that it needed to be sanded, primed and painted or replaced. I could just see myself trying to assemble a large shelving unit with everything else that is going on, the same with sanding, priming and painting. Lucky me because the Ace Handyman was able to show up that very day! The shelf was finished when I returned home from work and other than a faint paint odor I would have never known that anyone was there at all. The shelf looked like new, the garage was locked and my shelf is ready to be loaded up with the usual suspects very soon.
