Super friendly and helpful
Jared came out, walked me through the problem and possible solutions. He fixed what was needed and even was able to save me some money as the job wasn't as bad as I first thought.
Very nice and professional, throughout the entire process.

Great service and showed up as promised
Erik Thorsen was a pleasure to work with.
He understood our issue and corrected it promptly. Erik also took the time to explain the water valving in the crawl space.

In and Out
Due to supply chain issues and personal commitments it took a few weeks for us to connect but I was updated frequently and never felt that I was being put off. Once the part arrived it was installed in record time by Erik. Even the cat liked him. I will most likely call ACE Handyman again..

Handle on sliding door
I was extremely happy with the serviceman that came out and took care of a plug that was coming away from the wall as well as the sliding glass door's handle that was going to fall off anyday. I'm sorry but I am not able to remember his name however, he was very polite and very knowledgeable, so much we are hoping that he will be the serviceman that I will be scheduling for alot of lattice to be put up around our small backyard deck. I will call your company on Monday to hopefully get the work scheduled.

Quick and reliable
Erik came out the same day I called to install the correct plug for a new dryer to be installed. He was efficient and very friendly. This is my second time using Ace and I will continue calling them for all my needs.

Jared was Professional, friendly, competent.
The primary concern for me was that the appointment was moved four times. However, except for the first one, the changes were appropriately communicated and made with my approval. On the actual day of the work, Jared was on time, efficient, competent, and clearly communicated his plans to complete the job.
