My time
The repairman was on time, he looked over my garage door and knew what to do. 5 minutes later he said he'd have to go home for his sockets. He said he didn't live far and would be right back. 45-50 minutes later he returned, did his thing and was finished. I shouldn't have to pay more beccause this guy forgot his tools. $256.OO for less than 2 hours,SMH. Very satisfied with the work, just thought the price was steep.

Tile and Painting Job
The Ace Handyman team did a great job for us, replacing a tile floor, installing tile backsplash, repairing drywall and painting. They were easy to work with from start to finish- prompt to supply us with estimate and answer questions, and communicated clearly with us as far as timing and arrival of workers. On the job site, they were respectful of our home, taking precautions to keep the work area clean. The work was done professionally and it was clear that the contractors were very knowledgeable. The job was completed on time, and we were very pleased with the finished product. Highly recommend!!

All rotting boards on my porch were replaced, as well as some rotting shake shingles. I was so happy to be able to schedule the work within a week of calling them. They worked very hard and were so nice to have around. They had a good suggestion about how using a different material that never rots. The guy who caulked was on his knees all day long and did an excellent job, and was cheerful! Highly recommend!!

Showed up when they said they would, did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, for less than the quote
You think that's a lame review title? It's not. Actually, that's my definition of perfection. Try to get a handyman to even freaking TALK to you in Traverse City MI, let a lone return a call. Wide skill set, good logistical and time management, strong work ethic, excellent vendor/consumer relationship skills, patience, AND a sense of humor. Jared took everything we could throw at him calmly, and just DID IT. A+.
