I had a squirrel problem that with my house that needed fixing fast and had a very tight timeline for completion. While searching the internet and calling around and getting no help or even call backs I happened upon Ace Handyman. I sent an email and some photos and received a call that day. The office manager was understanding of my situation, and we scheduled an appointment. What impressed me most is the communication from beginning, during and the end of the project. I received a call during the project with an issue I had been having for years and they explained why it was happening and how best to proceed by giving me some options. The front of my house has never looked so good, and the squirrels have given up. Mathew did a fantastic job. I will be recommending that team to anyone who likes great service and even better customer service.

I thought I was in need of some work done prior to selling my home. I requested an appointment and it was set. I then found a buyer for my home who didn't want the work done, they wanted to do something different, so I had to cancel my appointment. I received a congratulations in response. I have called and called other businesses with no response. I have had appointments set up with no shows. I have had people out who said they would provide a bid and never heard from them again. This time I got responses and follow up and a congrats. I wish I could have spent my money here. I will recommend to friends and family.
