Had concerns that the joists on my pear n beam house had damage because of wiggle on floor in room, they went under the house and grabbed pictures and looked at the joists while i was causing the wiggle up-top. Was able to confirm no damage the joists under the house and when we replace our carpet check out the sub floor which has probably had some nails loosen.

I hired Ace Handyman Services Tyler for a second time. Both jobs have been rather unconventional -- things they've probably never been asked to do before -- and they knocked it out of the park both times. In this case, it was removing a troublesome window which required patching the wall on both the inside and outside. I was concerned that it would always looked, well, patched. But Robby and Cody put in the extra the effort to track down the exact materials and with expert craftsmanship well... seriously, it looks even better than it did before. Amazing job. You'd never know that crusty old window was there! I also had the pleasure of meeting Eric (the owner) this time around. Great team. Great company. Highly recommend!
