Prompt and considerate
Ace Handyman services responded quickly to my questions and came out to my home to check what was needed. It is Wednesday and I already have an appointment for Friday morning! Tech was friendly and considerate, and I am looking forward to getting my projects handled.

Very happy!
Thank you to Ted and Ace Handyman services for a job well done. Ted repaired siding on our house. It looks seamless, he had some good ideas of how to fix some other damages to the siding, worked quickly and efficiently, and gave me progress reports along the way. Very happy!

Excellent Work.
This is the second time I've used Ace Handyman Services and this time was as good as the first. Their professionalism is 2nd to none and the work is done quickly but with extreme perfection. I would have given them 10 stars if it was available. I will continue to use them for all my upcoming projects here around the house.

Excellent service

Excellent work
Ted and Mindy were absolutely wonderful! They knew what materials I was lacking, got the right stuff, and had it all installed in less time than my estimate had originally said. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed about my project the whole time. I will definitely use Ace Handyman again next time I need help!

Great job by Ace Handyman Services!!!
Shortly after Cody arrived, we had a power outage in the neighborhood due to high winds. Without power, Cody could not use his drill. I thought for sure the day was done and my repair would not be made. Not so! Cody gathered up what he needed and took everything back to his shop (that still had power) and was able
to put it all together there!! He returned and finished the job within the allotted time. Great job Cody!!

Price communication issues
I received an over the phone quote. I asked how it would work if the job presented as being bigger than hen anticipated. I was told I would have the option to cancel the job if the handyman deemed it too much for the price. This did not happen. I asked the handyman a couple times before work commenced if he thought he would be able to handle it. He said he could. Long story short, I had to pay $300 over the estimated price without being told of any other options.

Due to a Craftsman misunderstanding, you were charged more than was initially estimated. Our policy is that our Craftsmen let customers know if a job will require more time than estimated and abide by the customer's wishes regarding time spent on the project. We have conducted refresher training with all Craftsmen and office staff to ensure all company policies are thoroughly understood to keep a problem such as yours from reoccurring in the future. As we discussed on the phone, to help compensate you for your trouble, we have issued you a refund. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
