Did everything they could to make a new part work as well as the old one did before it broke
The clutch in my continuous loop 9 1/2 foot Bali cellular shade broke. I ordered a new clutch and Robbie installed it in the blind; however, the lift process was quite tight and hard.
A second visit reviewed the problem and made adjustments to the clutch. While it is not quite as easy as the original, it's much better and is now usable.
Thanks for knowing how to do the job and the perseverance to make the project as good as possible!!!
ACE handyman service personnel think outside the box based on good knowledge and research of what's in the box!!
