Excellent customer service
Luke did a great job hanging some blinds in my home. I would not hesitate to request Luke the next time I need some work done in my home

Great communication
This was a return visit to seal a gutter (which was not surprising due to how badly they leaked at first). The gutter was mostly repaired the first time - just a slow drip and Ace was very prompt in getting it scheduled. Luke, the repairman, was very good about communicating with me and getting the repair done even though it was at the end of his day. Don’t know if the fix is complete because we haven’t had rain but the process and follow up was great!

Thanks Luke for fixing our gate
Luke fixed the gate at our rental house. Since I wasn't there, he did a great job communicating. Would use him again.

Very good worker

Door threshold seal replace. Plastic part not available locally. Replaced old one to keep weather out, while Ace sources a new one in a week or two.
Good service and technical skills great. He will come back and install new parts when parts are sourced.
