Very efficient on time did what was expected of them

This is the 2nd time I've used Keegan from Ace Handyman. He's like a "Jack of all Trades" from fence & gutter/downspout repairs to installing new handrail & new garbage disposal. I have several more projects I'd like him to tackle in the near future.

I just moved into a house and there were several tasks with lighting, plumbing and furniture. Luke fixed everything quickly and effectively; it’s wonderful to have it all working again. Luke also asks good questions to ascertain exactly what’s needed.

The gentleman was very courteous efficient and friendly. We were very pleased with his service.

Calling in and scheduling the job was easy. I explained my (gutter leak fix) job and was a little suspicious that not all my info was getting written down. But the service person on the phone said the repairman would call the night before so I didn’t worry until no call came. However, Luke was on time and very polite and assured me that he’d done gutter work before. Then he said he’d need to go get gutter sealant and a heat gun to remove old material. I told him I had told the service person on the phone that both would be needed, he said none of it was in his notes. He admitted he should have called and I wouldn’t be charged for extra travel. (He had to go get the right tool and sealant.) In truth, the job was bigger than what 3 hours would cover but knowing it’s a gutter seal job I just expected he would come with the right equipment and sealant. Still, he did a very good job and I’m satisfied. I will use this service again.

Keegan was very personable, on time, and did a very good job. He made some good suggestions and listened to my suggestions and wishes as well. I would certainly have him work for us again!

Keegan was on time. He was knowledgeable about his tools and listened to what we wanted. We got our honey do list done thanks to him. Will use Ace again in the future

We have used Jon with Ace several times to do mini remodeling bathroom, doors etc. Each time he gas cone up with suggestions and solutions that made sense and was far better than we anticipated ourselves. Great work ... gets the job done right the 1st time!

Keegan has been to our house more than once. He is an fantastic person to work with. Personable bright, ready to work but also very social that he seems like a member of the family. This time to help install a large painting in an awkward place I couldn’t get to. He was prepared fro such a contingency and it was up in no time. Then after mauling some floating shelves Keegan was able to repair the damage I Created and salvaged them. Finally he helped move some other floating shelves we missed oriented and was able to repair that in no time
