John is always on time unless he is early. He answers all of our questions and does his work efficiently.
He is very good at what he doe's and we will be using him for all of our handman needs.

Call Them First!
The backstory: We own a rental home that had four exterior windows bow, causing them to not latch or lock properly. Our poor tenants had rods holding them shut while we chased down and were ghosted by countless contractors and handymen trying to get them fixed. We should have called Ace Handyman Services first, and that is who we will call with all future home repair projects! Ross was able to adjust and fix the windows in less than an hour. His communication was great, he was professional and kind, and he took a large weight off of the shoulders of us and our tenants!

Small projects
Jhon is very nice and he helped us with the small projects we made him do. We needed all the shelves done and he asked where we wanted it at. Very nice employee, kind would recommend him as well. We are making another appointment for him to help us with our other project and he's a hard worker and always going to recommend him thank you so much.

He did a great job. One small issue. After closing the pantry door a couple of times the piece on the door must have moved, suddenly it would not close all the way. I had to loosen , move the little bracket a smidgen and retighten. Hope it holds.
