Ross Hamilton has made my home owning and renovation experience amazing! Not only did he have solutions to my warped house walls and the base trim, but he also went out of the way to make sure my floors and hallways looked square! I highly recommend this company and the people they employ!

Ross showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very careful not to touch anything unnecessarily because of the COVID, wore a mask the entire time and booties over his shoes. Answers he did not have for our problem he researched and called me back a couple days later. We have issues with our windows and Ross was honest in that he couldn’t help us but directed us to the company that could. I wasn’t charged for anything other than the trip charge even tho he was here over an hour discussing what we needed to do to take care of the window problem. I really like the fact they are kind of an “all in one” handyman service so I don’t have to look online for different people for different household issues. Lady who answered phone was very warm, and helpful as well. I’ll definitely use their services in the future.

We had a small a small job but it needed to be fixed before the carpet layers show up. Ross did a great job and did it under the estimate. This is the second time we have used Ross and ace. We already have plans for a few jobs in the spring. A+ in our book.

Ross was incredibly good at everything he did. Even to the last part of where he swept all the rooms he worked in and made sure everything was clean. Will definitely use Hayes again and will tell all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ross was great. He arrived on time was very friendly. He completed everything he could even though we ran into some structural issues with our home that halted some of the work. He also provided lots of advice and possible solutions to our issues. Very knowledgeable and the work was top notch.

Ross did a fantastic job - and it wasn't an easy job by any means! Honestly, things started with a bit of miscommunication in measuring - but once we got through that, Ross nailed it. Very happy with the outcome. As a newcomer to the area, Ace Handyman Services and Ross are now my go to vendors for anything handyman. Awesome!

Ross Martin arrived early. He was cordial and friendly and we liked him immediately. He explained the best plan of action Ross exceeded what we had originally imagined and was able to fix a larger area than we expected. Not only did he do an exceptional job, but he removed the materials that were damaged and he cleaned up the area. Ross is easy to like and he explained the bill to us and reduced the bill based on the time he put in. Ross was great. Called to inform me he was on his way, arrived on time, and finished on time. Mailboxes look fantastic, and saved me from having to do anything! We will be hiring him again soon to put new flooring in our master bedroom. Thanks Ross!
