Jake arrived as scheduled, checked out the gap in the concrete, went to get the caulk he needed, then replaced a light bulb we couldn't manage, and adjusted an out door motion sensor light.
Jake did a good job professionally and was most personable. I'd be happy to have him come the next time we need some work done.

Great work once able to finally complete
Jake visited our home 3 times before accomplishing our 3 requests that should have taken 1-2 hours. Neither time did he call to share that he was on his way. He would just randomly show up. The first time he needed my wife’s assistance every 5 minutes and left since he had the wrong materials and equipment. The 2nd time it was too cold outside for him to complete the work, so he left to come back in the afternoon. He later called and asked me if he could reschedule given he had a personal issue. So, on the 3rd try today he was able to complete all tasks perfectly. I had to speak to Monica in the office often which was great about all of the issues and time wasted chasing Jake to complete our requests. I have not had this issue with other service providers having to chase and beg them to complete our nest alarm install and light switch. It was a complete pain point. Monica in the office did make it right for our service that was finally completed. I am not sure if we will use ACE again as it took over 2 weeks from our first visit to our last to complete our project . Not very efficient!

Respectful
Had ACE remove sliding glass door and replace with French doors. Jake was great. Very nice and respectful of my home and he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use these guys again.

I was so happy to finally see my closet done that I wanted to have a party.Christopher did a great job,was very friendly and most importantly he explained what he was doing. I told him that I will be calling again for some other things I need done in the house. Yes, I will recommend him.
