Great Experience

Fixed one problem but not the other
Tech was on time and was able to fix one problem but not the other. Gave a 3 as the charge was high. 100 per hour plus a 50 service charge is to much. Now I have to get a plumber. Will not use them again.

Hi Gail, The price was disclosed before we ever scheduled the appointment. If you were not comfortable with the price, you could have found someone else to do the work. The state of Texas will not allow us to do plumbing work and requires a licensed plumber. Therefore, we must refer this to a plumber. I know this is not always convenient but the laws are in place to protect consumers from unqualified people doing work they shouldn't be doing. I am happy the tech was on time and able to do what he could to help you with your project.

High Quality Work
I felt the work quality was excellent and I will use them again in the future. The only thing I would do differently would be to define the full scope of work in writing with the estimator so that we were all clear on what the finished product would be when complete.

Perfect professionalism.
Jake was amazing! He took care of my problem beyond what was required. He was awesome and I’ll always ask if he can be “my fix it guy” in the future. He even showed up earlier than projected!!! Awesome.
