Mel came out to fix a fence post. Quickly assessed what he needed for materials to complete the job. Went and got everything and was back completing the job in just 2 hours. He was very polite and wore a mask when we spoke.

Late and only got 2 items completed
I booked a handyman for a half day, however he arrived two hours late. I understand that things happen, but I had a list of things I needed to be taken care of and was very disappointed that for the two hours that he was at my house, he was only able to get to hanging two small light fixtures. $300 seems unreasonable to pay for two light fixtures to be replaced.

The handyman showed up right on time and did a very professional job. The company was very responsive when I had any concerns. Would definitely call them again!

Unreliable
We needed a simple sheetrock repair and paint after a pipe burst during snow-vid. Sadly, using Ace was not a positive experience. Monica with scheduling was lovely to work with. Eduardo who finished the job was excellent. The other various laborers who came out were inconsistent, did not arrive on time, and took far too many steps to complete the job. From start to finish, this job took four weeks. We will not use Ace again.

Wonderful high quality service agent
