I wanted to put keyless locks and a new handle on my outside door, and I turned to Ace handyman services. I was so excited with how it turned out! The whole process was wonderful. The staff at the office, Don and Abigayle were easy to work with and reschedule at my request. I was thrilled with Rob Hess the handyman. He confirmed the day before with a phone call, and showed up right on time! He was incredibly thoughtful to explain the process and make sure all my questions were answered. Throughout installing my locks, he consulted with me and problem solved a very old door! I have honestly have never met a more conscientious person, he asked if I wanted him to wear booties to protect the floor, and was very diligent about cleaning up the entire space. The most important thing though, was the work he did was remarkable! He was very careful, skillful and made sure the locks worked perfectly before he left. I really appreciate this service, and will be using it again.

I had a GFCI outlet to be replaced and thought the Ace Handyman team would respond sooner than another electrician. My call was returned the same day and an appointment was quickly set up to do the repair. Rob kept in touch updating me the day prior to the appointment and again shortly before he arrived at my house. He explained the time frame process and how the work would be completed. The new outlet was installed and Rob showed me how the outlet works and what he discovered while doing the repair. All the work was done in a timely manner. Rob did not overcharge me or extend time on the job to make more money. I am very satisfied with the work and the Ace Handyman Services group in Eastham. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job on our shelves in our bathroom. What was thought to be an easy task turned out to be involved because our walls were uneven. Bennett did a great job cutting the shelves in the exact way and making them look excellent! We were very impressed! They even came back to ensure it was a 5-star job! We’re very grateful for their work and would use them again!

I am very pleased with the customer service. The gentleman in the office and the 2 in the field. The 2 from the field were polite and helpful so I could understand the process of fixing what needed to be fixed. They checked in with me making sure I wanted to continue due to my budget. I had a variety of small tasks. And 2 more with a bit of a challenge. Small tasks included putting on switch plate covers, Caulking around the sink. After inspection of window crank mechanisms they need to be replaced, and are on order. Hanging a clothesline. Measurements for a new garage door. A few light switch covers to lock the switch in place. The larger work covered replacing outdoor shower set up. Also, adding 2 spickets for garden hoses. Discovered water line to shower had a few leaks. Work still in progress to solve the problem. The other larger project was adding 2 side railings to back steps for safety purposes. The service men were polite and were in contact with me if needed. No electric power, replaced with gfi’s to half of my kitchen outlets and 1/2 bath. Outside outlet remains for another visit. Replaced my deck door. I look forward to a few more projects. One of which is to replace my garage door. I have no doubt they will do a thorough job.

The craftsman arrived on time and in uniform. Work was completed in time and to my specifications.
