We are long time customers of Michael Knight A/C and then a few years ago he became Aire Serv. We have, no matter what the name of is company, the most honest and dependable service for our heaters and air conditioners. He will always show up when he says he will be at your home and will only repair what is needed. We started using him because of that reason because we had a company tell us we needed an expensive repair and we decided to get another opinion from Michael. He fixed problem with a lot less expense and the original company's diagnosis was wrong. His workers are as honest and hard working as he is. We highly recommend his company for any of your a/c or heater replacement or repair. He has also replaced both of our heaters and both air conditioners with top quality products.

The day before Christmas, the unit for the upstairs wasn't cooling. The day after Christmas Austin came out and quickly resolved the problem -- a blown capacitor. Then, as he was checking out the rest of the unit we started talking about cooling strategy in general. Among other things, he educated me on return size and possible additional return location (to help out with air flow and more uniform temperatures) and vent orientation for better room cooling or heating. He probably spent an extra 20 minutes helping me understand some of the thinking for better AC operation, which for me as a home owner I like knowing.

Our AC unit broke down on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of summer, 95+ degree day. Aire Serv came out and worked until they corrected the issue even though it was out of the ordinary and hard to diagnose. A month later, after receiving bids from several companies, Aire Serv had the best units for the best prices. The installation of the new system was quick, clean and professional. The free follow ups have been just as professional. The new unit has cut our electric bill in half and for the first time in the years I've owned a home I'm actually glad a major system broke down... I found a solid, trustworthy compnay.
