Aire Serv has been our heating and a/c contractor since they replaced our heating and cooling system in 2012. We have them check our heating g system in the fall and our a/c system in the spring. Their employee is on time,friendly, and competent, I would recommend Aire Serv to a friend.

I received multiple bids for a new AC system. When Michael showed up I felt like I finally had someone who had my best interest at heart. After coming down out of the attic he proceeded to tell me what I needed. I felt like he was looking at my system in the same manner he would have viewed his own system. The changes he suggested were not mentioned by anyone previous and turned out to be excellent ideas. Since I had it installed I have called them for questions and they were very quick to answer my questions or call me back immediately if they weren't available. In addition the crew working in my house were kind and very professional. When they completed the system and cleaned everything up, you would have never known a new system had been installed. I would highly recommend these guys.

We have used Mr. Knight and his team for many years. They are dependable, efficient, and friendly. When our a/c unit died last August, they were able to provide us with service in a very timely manner. We will continue to use them and refer them to our friends.

We have now used Aire Serv at least three times for different urgent issue resolution. As they had serviced our home before we owned it, they had the history in their system and recalled it right away. When we called for an A/ C issue they replaced the outside condenser for the upstairs unit in a day. When we called due to loss if heat from the main furnace they were on the call that day to replace the circuit board and amber. We were always fit into the schedule. Technicians are well trained look to troubleshoot the issue, fix the problem, and offer preventive maintenance during the call. We have always been happy with the level of service provided and will be calking Aire Serv first in the future if needed.

The entire team was awesome. They were on time, worked quickly and left no mess. They walked me through, and explained everything as well. Really nice guys.
