Great Service!

Aire Serv installed a heating unit which is located in a town home attic. They were professional, polite, very clean and completed the job in a timely manner. They have provided services for me over the past couple of years and I am very pleased with the company.

Communication

I have been with airserve many years. I have always had good service and professional advice. The after hours call service is not fully keyed into the field service reps. During very cold temperatures it took 8 hours to help but after many miscommunications and hours of waiting for a service rep to call that had already gone home. Ironically, a call from a service rep could have solved my heating systems operation not working but that never happened. Over all, a great family company that treats us like family.

Extra mile.

Chad repaired the gas fireplace and averted disaster when fuel venting brought flames up the outside of the glass insert. He kept the next appt and got things working again fine. He stood by his customer. Thank you Chad.

Quick response to my call for HVAC tune-up / inspection. Technician was very professional, polite, and completed the service call in a timely manner. Technician provided information/feedback as he moved through the system and had the parts on his truck to complete repairs.

The last experience we had was a tune up of our new unit and the technician that preformed the work was very professional and took the extra time to make sure he did everything right. I was working but my wife stated he even went under the craw space to take out and clean the filter which was very nice of him. I believe the name of the technician was Chuck. So far we are very satisfied with our new unit. We always talk about our new unit to friends. Thank you for the chance to let you know how we approve of your company and the work that has been done on our unit.
