Chuck called and was able to get here just a bit early. He wanted to make sure that was ok. Friendly and polite when he arrived. I explained the issue I had noticed and that I was just needing general maintenance. He jumped right in. When he was done he walked me through what I needed to do to keep up my equipment and some possibilities of things that may go wrong based on the things I had noticed. He gave me all my options and explained the pros and cons of each. It was very unbiased. In addition to being very helpful he was great for brief friendly conversation. I was so happy with my service that I signed up for the annual service plan. Glad to be a customer.

This year is our first year of utilizing a new annual service contract with Aire Serv of Bull Run for our home HVAC and swimming pool heat pump heater system. Chad, Aire Serv's technician, had serviced our systems before and as before, he completed his check list with attention to every detail and he expertly explained the checks and the results to this home owner in a very professional manner. After 48 years of installing and servicing electronic equipment, HVAC and power systems and other things for the government before retiring, I am always pleased when Aire Serv technicians come by to conduct their service calls. They have always been efficient, knowledgeable and professional in their service methods and continuously provided positive results. Chad did a great job as always. You would be a 5 if I hadn't had to complain to get a decent schedule time. You would think that a long time customer and Club member. who spent fourteen thousand dollars ion a new heating and AC in the past year should not have wait 30 days to get a check up. While after complaining I was referred to another person that scheduled me in a week and thank you for that, but I really don't like complaining.

The guy that came out did fine telling me what needed to be done. I just haven't heard back as far as when it can be fixed.

We are very pleased with the service that we have received from Aire-Serv. The technician arrives at the scheduled time and seems to do a thorough check of both our heating and air conditioning systems. We have really appreciated the added service of replacing the filters on the return ducts that are way higher than we are able to reach!

"It is the little things that count." The tech drew air flow direction arrows on the unit so I know which way to put the air filter. Every time I've replaced the air filter I did not if I was putting it in the correct way based on the air flow. Because of the Aire Serv tech, I will know every time. Minor but impressive. Tells me Aire Serv is in the business to help the homeowner. In addition, I really appreciated the fact the tech did not try to sell me equipment or services I did not need.

In my opinion, Alex Smedley did a thorough review of my system and explained his review step-by-step. He inspected the heat pump system in cooling mode. He cleaned the condenser coil with a water hose and added a clean-out tee to the drain line and flushed out the drain line. He is a gracious gentleman and I felt confident that he did a good job.

Once again Aire Serv and their outstanding employee/technician Chuck did a fantastic job. Chuck was thorough and courteous as always.
