High Quality Service

A very pleasant experience.
Chuck Taylor was my service tech. As with my last Air Serv tech Alex, Chuck was thorough, even going above and beyond to insure that my problem was resolved and that my system was running at peak efficiency. I was a commercial AC tech for 14yrs. and I know a good tech when I see one and Chuck was absolutely fantastic. I recommend you guys to everyone and will certainly use you again.

Friendly service people yes.
No issue with the friendliness or communications. Jury is out after 3 consequetive service calls in which it was not done right the first time on the quality of the service. On the fall checkup service guy left the gas turned off. On winter issues with gas fireplace took 3 visits to correct. Recent spring visit required 2 follow-ups. Is it really that hard? We want a service company that schedules two appts a year to do proactive maintenance and gets it right the first time.

Prompt and Great service
Chad did a great job. AC went out recently, Chad showed up within 1 hour and diagnosed the problem right away, fix it and went into detail what the problem was. I engagedChad on potential fixes and he spent time going over each one with the pros and cons of each.

Custom duct work
Tyler, the HVAC tech, was very professional, on time for scheduled appointment, and took care of the special duct work for the down draft exhaust on my stove top. The work was exceptional and I would highly recommend this company's services and will use them again in the future!

HVAC Preventive Maintenance (PM) for the Summer Season
I have maintenance agreements with Aire Serv for over 2 years, including PM visits in the spring and fall. Our HVAC is now over five years old. Each PM visit is valuable, and I believe cost-effective insurance, as we have corrective-maintenance-free seasons till the next visit.

This is the second time I have used Aire Serv of Bull Run and I could'nt be more pleased with the service provided.From the first contact with the scheduling person,Tina, to the completion of the work by Chad, the experience was a pleasant one.Tina was polite personable and efficient.The service technician,Chad was on time,polite, courteous and friendly.The work was performed efficiently,in a neat and clean manner for the price quoted.I have dealt with many different heating and air conditioning companies over the years and this is the first one I would feel comfortable recommending to a family member or a friend.

Replacement of furnace and A/C units
We had contracted with AireServ (Front Royal, VA) to install a new furnace and A/C unit. In addition, they were going to clean the air ducts. The technicians arrived on-time with all necessary materials, equipment and tools to complete the job. Everyone was neat, courteous and professional in the performance of their work. We really appreciate the respect they showed for our home, the way they were very neat about the work being done, and the way they made sure all areas were clean before they left. Also appreciated the explanation and instructions for the new programmable thermostat which was installed.
