$1200.00 dollars an hour
The motor in my outdoor heat pump unit went. Although it was under warranty and not part of the bill, I was still charged $600 dollars for labor. Replacing the old motor with the new one took less than 30 minutes. The company was friendly.. but extremely expensive. I will look for another company next time.

Cut above the rest
The entire staff on AireServ; sales, technical, office were absolutely terrific! I received everything I expected, including explanations, in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend AireServ to anyone!

Great Timely Service, will call again
I originally made an appointment D&H of Front Royal and they never showed up nor returned my calls, weird.
I then called Aire Serv and they showed up a few hours later, made an assessment and returned a few days later due to the extent of my job. Overall a great experience.

High Quality, Fast, Friendly Service
For my rental property in Front Royal, I first hired a large company out of northern Virginia. They took a long time to come out and their AC repair lasted 4 days. I called Aire Serv and they came out within an hour and within one business day they had the parts and the AC was fixed. Great service.

Professional and friendly
Shane White was very professional and friendly. He inspected our systems, and gave us an estimate before completing any work. Also came out to our house the day that we called. Fast service.

After trying many companies, Aire Serv is the best!
I have a heating/cooling system that I have affectionately named "Frank" because he has been worked on so much he has as many scars as Frankenstein. Aire Serv is the 4th company we've had out to the house to help us with him, and they have by far been the best. The technician spent nearly 3 hours at my house cleaning the system and helped me learn what I could do to make it run better and more efficiently. My husband and I were very pleased with their service and will continue to use them for all of Frank's maintenance.

Thank you to all at Aire Serv. Shane White was very professional each time he came to our house. Also the young lady I spoke to on the phone. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. All I came into contact with were very nice and helpful.

Superior Service
Propane water heater quit. Aire Serve of Bull Run quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part and had system up and running the following morning. The company's professionalism and efficiency was truly a great experience.
