I was very happy with my service. The technician called to tell me when he'd be there and he was right on time. He was professional and took care of the problem.

Noticed that my house suddenly become very hot and my geothermal unit seemed to be working overtime to make it hotter. Called Aire Serv and within 2 hours technician Alex came and determined that I needed a new thermostat, and was able to replace the defective unit. I didn't expect same day service, but I think the people at Aire Serv have higher expectations of themselves than I have of them.

On our most recent scheduled maintenance the technician realized our furnace humidifier was wired incorrectly by the installer. The technician explained the situation to me, corrected the wiring problem and did not charge for the additional service. In addition, an Aire Serv competitor had offered to provide annual service for our heating and air condition system at a lower rate than Aire Serv. Aire Serv matched the competitor's lower rate without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and give all of your heating and air condition business to Aire Serv.

Furnace was not working and I was not a prior customer. I contacted them and they were able to send someone over that day. The tech quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It is nice to have a quality service firm in the local area who can respond quickly and do the work well.

Installed a new furnace last season. Aireserve spent extra time making sure ever was done rightl. There were extra installation issues but they kept to the budget. Since then they have kept in touch and returned to do seasonal checkups. Very happy with everything. Great compamy.

Alex is truly a professional. He did a thorough inspection of my system and explained in detail each aspect of the service. I informed Alex that the system cools well but seems to run a lot in heat. To this end, I asked Alex to give me a price on a 10kw heater rather than a 5kw which I have now. I maintained my membership in AireServ's Advantage Plan. However, according to their records, my renewal was in October which was not correct. Alex assured me that he would go back to the office and have this checked. I got an email back in less than a half hour noting that my Plan does not expire until December. Other than AireServ's recordkeeping glitch, I still feel most comfortable giving rating them five stars!

Aire Serv responded immediately to our posting on Home Advisor and accomplished the requested check-up within days. On site, the technician contacted us to inform us of the results of his assessment and to get our approval to proceed with the interventions he had identified. We are very pleased with his assessment and the work that he undertook. We would definitely use the services of Aire Serv again and recommend the company to others.

Routine seasonal check of heating system. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, provided necessary information and recommendations, friendly and courteous throughout. Will definitely use again.

The Aire-Serv tech seemed very competent. He was very personable in his approach to us. His work overall was professional. We liked that they sent us an email picture of our technician before he arrived. We also liked that he explained what he had done and what we could reasonably expect from our heat pump system.
