Alex Smedley was the service technician who did my spring check up on my HVAC. Alex was very professional and highly knowledgeable of my system.Alex shared many knowledgeable upgrades that would improve my system.Since my system is 14 years old I am going use it till I see it has to be totally replaced.Only do minor repairs that are needed.

Chad has been our service tech for several years and always does a great job. He's punctual, polite and very thorough.

Today was my twice yearly check up. Alex performed a cooling inspection and checked all operations. He replaced the heat pump contactor which was reading a weak coil. He flushed out the drain trap and added bleach also. The company will send me an air advice email in a day or two. My dealings with Alex have been superb. My judgment is that he is thorough and honest which means a great deal to me.

Overall a positive experience for several reasons: -an email giving date, time, even a picture of the tech who would be performing the service (AC seasonal check) --professional and courteous, wearing special shoe covers before entering the house --after completing the work in a timely manner, jnformed me of any recommendations, no pressure applied. I plan on using this company next year.

SERVICE TECH "CHUCK" ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS IN A VERY POLITE MANNER WHILE PERFORMING HIS INSPECTION. DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL PARTS OR EQUIPMENT WHICH I APPRECIATED. RECOMMENDED ONE PART REPLACEMENT ON HIS FOLLOW UP VISIT WHICH TESTED WEAK.

The Aire Serv technician arrived on time, and with a heads-up call beforehand. He provided us with competent preventive maintenance for the summer season, spotting and correcting three deficiencies that could have caused us problems down the road -- the whole point of doing regular maintenance, right?

Chuck Taylor did a thorough job checking out my heating and air system. I am confident he did all that was needed to ensure all is working well.

We were very concerned about a propane smell coming from our bsmt. I turned off all the gas spigots inside and out and called AireServe because they were local & had a good reputation. The call was made at 7:30 AM on a Friday. The tech arrived at about 1:00 PM, right on schedule within the two-hour window the AireServe dispatcher gave me. He went right to work and came up with answers for the problem that did not lead to piling on a bunch of service work. He tested every connection with his equipment and told us that a low propane condition in the outside tank was probably causing the smell in the house. He worked with the gas delivery man, who arrived while he was there, and made sure he checked all of the connections back to the tank. AireServe was having a special - complete furnace & A/C check for $59.95 so I took advantage of that as well. Now we've had a complete check of our system and my wife has been reassured that our house is safe. I was extremely pleased with the overall services. The charges were exactly as quoted except for an initial fee that AireServe agreed to waive. I was so happy and felt that I had gotten so much value out of the call that I told them they didn't have to waive the fee. AireServe and the tech deserve high compliments for professionalism and knowledge. I will recommend them use them again.
