A few years ago, we replaced our HVAC unit. My only request was for a quiet one as the air handler is below our bedroom; however, it is very noisy at times. It seemed nothing could be done about the noise level short of replacing the unit. I contacted Aire Serv and one of their representatives, Chuck, examined our unit, made a few suggestions, and installed a second air flow on the unit. We will see if this lessens the noise level. . Chuck is very professional, willing to take as much time as necessary in helping us to understand our options and limitations regarding this unit, and appears extremely well-versed in his field.

We called on a Friday morning before a very cold weekend with a serious problem. Our gas furnace had flame roll out. Technician {Robbie} arrived within the hour and got right to work. He explained everything and had the furnace up and running in no time at all. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. When it came time to pay the bill he explained everything to us and did not try to overcharge us or make us feel like we should replace parts that do not need to be replaced {as other companies have done in the past before we found Aire Serve}.
