My experience was actually a pleasure. Professional from start to finish Robbie explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. He adjusted my gas pressure to ensure proper operation. due to the age of our system he suggested a service agreement to check the system periodically to make sure it was running properly.

Chad, the technician, has been here twice. HE has been on time, polite and friendly, very professional and helpful.

As many if you know, I am in the BNI group with Ken and have done some work for Aire Serv. So it only made sense to ask Ken to setup our own tune up. Tina set it up and it went great. Called ahead, checked over everything, all was good. On time, polite, and explained everything. The entire experience went like clock work.

Had winter maintenance performed on two heat pump systems. The team was very thorough and professional. The checklist of the maintenance items was far larger than any other service I have had. They explained the things they did and what issues they found. They recommended things (of course) that could be added to my systems, but were NOT pushy at all. Their annual maintenance contract is cheaper than others I have had or was tried to be sold. I purchased the contract, so I will have them for the next spring and winter maintenance schedules.

We have been Aire Serv customers for sometime now. No matter what the circumstance, they constantly deliver the best HVAC service and always in a timely and professional manner. Every technician is experienced, expertly trained, and genuinely friendly. The office staff is top notch, consistently going out of their way to make the customer feel appreciated and respected. The owners couldn't be nicer. From October's Free Filter Fridays and the annual spring BBQ picnic to their support of Habitat for Humanity, Ray and Tina Bramble constantly demonstrate their commitment to the community and their desire to better it. They are model business owners and model citizens.

When Chad Butler completes his annual checkups on my air and heating systems , I have complete confidence that the systems will perform as expected. I spoke with Ken Quick at Air Serv and he had Tina call to schedule and appointment for a fall check-up, this was an easy set up, no holding or waiting to hear from anyone. Our service tech was Chad, he emailed the day prior with his photo, and called before the arrived. Introduced himself, had his feet covered in the home, he was a true professional, polite, broke down everything for us to understand. Excellent Service, will have them back in the Spring! Thanks!!
