I don't take the time to write a lot of reviews but felt it was absolutely necessary for this company. I called Aire Serv at 8:30 last night because our AC system was blowing warm air. The oncall tech called me that night (THAT NIGHT!) and told me he could come out if I needed him to. I told him that next day would be fine. Alex came out this afternoon to look at our system. It did cost us a pretty penny but he was able to breath life into our 20 year old system and delay the need to spend thousands on a brand new unit. At about 8PM today, our system stopped working again. I called the main line for Aire Serv and again, Alex called me back in about 20 minutes! He came back out tonight and replaced another aging part that was causing the problem. He didn't charge me anything since everything he did earlier today was under warranty. I waited a while before posting this review because I wanted to get used to the new system and see what they "forgot" to tell me. Turns out, they didn't forget anything! The entire experience with Aire Serv was exceptional, from the first contact to the last goodbye by the installation crew. If you're looking for qualified technicians who are reliable know their business, I would highly recommend Aire Serv. Our most recent visit was an annual service check that comes with newly installed HVAC systems. It was a 3 hour visit that made certain that the newly installed systems were operating as designed.

Aire Serv was recommended to me by a friend and they put in a new HVAC system for me changing the house over from electric heat only to gas furnace. That's been a little over a year ago, from start to finish they've been professional, honest, communicatory, great customer service and I love the new heating system. I recommend them without reservation.

Aire Serv sent us an email informing us that the surge protector they had installed about a year ago had been found to have fire issues. Even though the surge protector's company hadn't ordered a recall, Aire Serv didn't want to take any chances, and offered to replace the surge protector for free. I called, and an appointment was set up that very day. The technician, Chad, was wonderful. I'm very pleased with the integrity displayed through these actions.

Our technician was on time, efficient, knowledgable, courteous and talked to me about some other ways to make a couple of problem areas in my home better. I look forward to a long association with Aire Serv of Bull Run!

I called Air-Serv at 2:20 pm on one of the hottest days of the year because my A/C wasn't working. By 4:45, Chuck Turner (the Air Serv Tech) had responded to my house, fixed my A/C and had my house cooling down. I could not ask for faster or more excellent service.

The first office staff are pleasant, Chad is always on puntcual and takes the time to fully explain the job, and does it right the first time. They are highly recommended for installs and maintenance.
