Being in the technical field myself, the experience with both service techs was excellent. In fact, the senior tech stayed a few minutes to assist an ADT newbie install a new thermostat. Everything was above and beyond a normal service call. I was totally impressed. Keep up the good work!!!

Our AC went DEAD Sunday (July 5, 2015), Ken, Bobby and Andy responded in a MORE THAN TIMELY manner to my lack of AC crisis and I couldn't be happier to do business with Aire Serv. My AC broke in 90+ heat and Aire Serv came out within a few hours and repaired my unit quickly and efficiently. The service man, Alex, was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and braved our attic in the heat to fix our AC unit. I would highly recommend Alex and will use Aire Serv again in the future!

Aire Serv was very professional in arriving on time, explanation of procedures and the knowledgeable technicians that were sent were very friendly and professional as well. It was a very good experience working with them.

Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning our air ducts. He checked the pressure on our AC unit and added fluid to make it run better. He also cleared the lint in our dryer vent and even found a dead bird. The dryer is running much better. I would highly recommend Aire Serv.
