A few days ago I had an extremely good experience with Aire Serv of Elkton, in a very trying time, and situation. Jackie Martin was on time, in a clearly marked vehicle, clean and crisp work uniform. Jackie parked on the street and presented me with his business card as he introduced himself, and placed a door mat at my entrance, and put shoe covers on his shoes, prior to entering my home. We went to my heating unit, where Jackie Martin displayed a professionalism I've not seen in other repairmen with other companies. He was knowledgeable, took pictures on his tablet, explaining what he was doing and finding, as he evaluated my heating problem. Unfortunately I had a gas valve leak that put my unit at risk of a fiery explosion and had to be shut down till parts were available. Jackie and Sarah in the company office worked with my very difficult home insurance provider, over several days to eventually get the parts and resolve issues, ultimately getting my heating system repaired. Repairmen Jackie Martin who diagnosed my problems, and Shawn Blankley who installed the parts displayed a level of professionalism and skill that speaks very highly of Aire Serv as a company that the public can feel good about calling when repairs are needed. Not to be overlooked is Sarah in the office, a positive support person in this company. Bobby of North East, Md.

We had a service agreement with Aire Serv. During a thorough examination of our system prior to the heating season, a serious flaw was discovered in our furnace which could have led to a catastrophic loss. Nick came out to assess the situation with not only our heating but the cooling system as well. It was determined that the current units were inefficient and badly in need of a complete overhaul. We would have been throwing good money after bad to start expensive repairs. He recommended the proper HVAC units as well as complete duct cleaning and re-routing of electrical and gas lines. The crew came on the day they promised and started promptly at 8:00 am. The four young men were courteous, professional and respectful of our house. They completed the entire replacement by 7:30 that evening - loading up the truck in the dark. We could not be more pleased. The estimated cost was exact to the penny with no "hidden overruns." If you need HVAC work, this is the firm to deal with.

Aire Serv of Elkton is an excellent company. From the initial consultation to the installation of our new systems, it was a fantastic experience. Nick was very nice when he came to first meet me and my wife. We discussed our options and came up with a plan to install two brand new Lennox furnaces and air conditioning systems. We felt very comfortable making a decision with Nick and moved forth with his plan. We were quickly scheduled for the following week to install both units. The crew that came out to install were very polite and kept our house clean throughout the installation. Brett, Quinn, Matt, and Ben were very nice and listened to our concerns throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend Aire Serv of Elkton.

Aire Serv has service my AC and Heating since May of 2014. The company is Outstanding. Professional, Neat, Friendly, Quality Workmanship!! The owner Ben responds very quickly. His daughter Sarah works in the office and is very pleasant when scheduling appointments or reviewing billing. I highly recommend their services. Just wish they were a little cheaper

I was very satisfied with your Service Technician. He was pleasant, courteous and patient. He checked out both my furnaces and seemed very thorough. Upon entering my home he put on his booties and was always neat and careful.

Heat pump failure on a hot weekend! After making an appointment on Sunday afternoon with Sarah, Phil showed up early Monday morning, replaced the capacitor in our heat pump, and had us back up and running in no time. Back in February, I awoke to discover the inside temperature of my home was 51 degrees. Although I live on a limited income and keep my settings low to save money, I knew something was wrong with my electric heat pump. I came upon AireServ almost accidently as they were the only company that actually had a real person answer my call, after just two rings. After explaining my situation to Sarah, the most pleasant receptionist ever, we made an appointment for later that morning. A few hours later I met Nick Slater from Aireserv. Nick was on tie, professional and knowledge- all great qualities and all I would expect from any service provider today. What made Nick stand out was his consideration for my home, his genuine interest in my situation and his patience explaining each stage as he first diagnosed, and then corrected my heat pump issue. As the unit outside was caked with ice and snow, I felt lucky that Nick was able to remedy my situation from inside. Now summer, I noticed my air conditioner was struggling and the inside temperature was warmer than the outside! After another call to Aire Serv, and a request for "my serviceman", Nick returned for another diagnosis. Unfortunately, this time it involved more than tightening of loose connections and Nick broke the news with genuine compassion- a nice way to soften the blow. After a moment on his phone and a few taps on his laptop, he informed me of the price and arranged to come back this afternoon with a brand new compressor. Although no one wants to hear of an expensive fix, i feel confident that after Nick and Quinn have completed their work, my house will be comfortable and running efficiently for years to come.
