He was polite, professional and competent. This company did everything they could to make my family and me comfortable and confident in the services provided, from arriving in a timely and orderly fashion to designing a unit just for our home. We had been with Horizon and tried several other heating and air conditioning companies... they were always overpriced and I didn't feel like I trusted what they said. Our system had broken and we knew we needed a new one. We got many quotes.Someone referred me to Aire Serve... I trusted them from the beginning. Theirs was the least expensive and best quality products and excellent service. They were on time, gave me the price they quoted and easy to talk to and trust!!! We have now had them maintain our unit yearly and have been very happy!! Highly recommend!!

Air Serve is one of the most professional HVAC companies out there! They are always prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. In the past when I've called other companies, I've had to wait days for service and feel like just a number to them. But whenever I call Airserve they try to accommodate and treat with me in a very professional and courteous manner. Save yourself frustration....call the Pros at AirServe! When my hot water heater broke (and leaked all over the floor, of course) I asked my friends for a recommendation. Several people suggested AireServ of Elkton, so I gave it a try. I was really very pleased with their service. I'd felt previously like some other companies weren't being straightforward with me, and the guys from Aire Serv were. They provided options of what hot water heater to get (we got a larger size for essentially the same price) and they were selling/installing the brand my mom had said was the very best out there. They cleaned up everything for me, and were friendly and good at their jobs. I'll call them next time I need heater/air conditioner attention, too.

I have been using AireServ since 2008 when they first installed my brand new, full system (heating and a/c). From the moment Nick walked in the door, he was extremely personable, clean, and friendly. Yes, he is a salesman, but as we chatted I could tell he believed in what he was presenting, and also excited to explain new technologies with me. He provided me with all the options on various units which enabled me to make an informed and economical decision for our family. He informed me of all the warranties, both from the manufacturer and those backed by AireServ for continued service and maintenance. Extras: First, he shared the federal tax credit for installing an Energy Star unit ($400 back to me on my taxes!), which I successfully received the following tax year. Second, he recommended installing a humidifier for the winter months to provide humidity in my home since it is dry here. That would provide a cozier warmth. He was right, we certainly noticed the difference. Once I had to call when my a/c didn't run. They were out quickly and provided the fuse that was needed. They mentioned not wrapping my a/c unit in the winter months b/c that is where mice will tend to congregate for warmth and hence chew the tubes, potentially causing problems. They have never been hesitant to answer my loads of questions. Well, 7 years later, and both our units are running perfectly with the recommended yearly maintenance. Each time a tech comes out to check my units, the tech is professional in appearance and speech, polite, friendly, neatly dressed, and lets me know of any issues (none to report). I hope they are around for a long time because I know our units will be needing servicing (nothing lasts forever), and I only want folks I can trust in my home. Thank you, AireServ of Elkton!

I am writing a review to tell you how pleased I am with your service. My central air conditioning stopped working last summer. I had originally called a well-known service company which I had a contract with. Knowing I probably needed a new air conditioner I asked for a price and received 3 different prices from them. Being frustrated asked if anyone knew of a reliable company and Was Referred to Aire Serv. Nick Slater came to my house neatly dressed and performed a thorough examination of my unit and presented me with my options. I chose to purchase a new unit and the price was less than quoted by the previous company. Nick and the other technician were pleasant, cooperative and understood my dilemma. They helped me quickly and efficiently. They worked well together and put booties on every time they entered the house and cleaned up the work area each day. In fact I did not need clean the work area and they left no for me to dispose of. There was no loud music playing and no foul language used. I felt very comfortable leaving my wife alone in the house while they worked there. My home is more comfortable than before and I do not have to go change the thermostat once I set the temperature desired. I can say I am completely happy with your service and would recommend them to anyone.
