We found Aire Serv thru a Amazon Local deal, which we used to service our A/C for the house we just bought. The service man was friendly and earnest. Explaining the A/C system to me etc.Then in Jan 2015 the heat stopped working (on the coldest day of winter so far). So we called them and Aire Serv came out and diagnosed the cause, a faulty circuit board. Since the replacement part was going to be a few days to be delivered, they lent us space heaters so we could survive! Then this summer, the first time we wanted to run the A/C, it didn't come on. And neither did the heat. Aire Serv came out and worked on it until they found the cause, which they deemed was their mistake. I do not know enough about heating and A/C systems so they could have easily charged me, but they didn't. Thank you for being so honest!So through our adventures we have met 3 of their team, all are patient and thorough and friendly.
