Great Service
I have dealt with Sam for over 25 years and I was a bit worried when he decided to expand into a larger operation and join Aire Serv. I can tell you the quality of service and attention to detail remain consistent with his reputation. The service pro technician that showed up to repair our air conditioner was courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. Our repair was explained to us in detail and what to expect in the future. The service was professional and the cost was more than fair for the services rendered. This business remains great and folks should use them whenever there is a problem concerning their heating or air conditioning needs. Thank you Angela, the dispatcher, for your help with the appointment.

Steve, I was worried right along with you when Sam decided to become an AireServ franchise. However, not too long after meeting everyone involved with AireServ and the Dwyer Group I was on board. The tec did a ok job the furnished and installed igniter that sells fot 97.00 and charge me $ 335.80 for that part of the job. So I would not call this company back to do a job

My husband and I moved into our home 4 years ago and had Aire Serv install a new heater and air conditioning unit, as our house was 30 years old and the unit we had hardly worked. We had some trouble with the new unit shutting off before it reached the temperatures on the thermostats. Sam came to trouble shoot it several times and then installed a new thermostat. That seemed to make it better, but it still wasn't 100%. Finally the mystery was solved and they had to do a lot of work to make the openings (where the filters go) bigger. It was a lot of extra work for them, but they stood behind their work and reputation. It's so efficient now that people can't believe how low our PG&E bill is. We have them service it twice a year and it's well worth the money. The servicemen are always prompt, courteous and respectful of us and our home, (they wear these little booties when they come in the house so as not to get the floors and rugs dirty). We would definitely recommend Aire Serv .

The technician was friendly, efficient and clearly explained what he was doing and what I needed to keep my HVAC system running well. I am single and purchase a service program annually that allows me two check ups a year. It is worth every penny. Thank you Sam and Dianne Harris and your Air serve team.

Will call Aire Serve again if needed
The service tech was on time and repaired my heat pump the same day because he carried the parts needed in his truck.The charges were reasonable.
