They were on time, they give you the price up front. They explain exactly what they're doing and they are very nice and knowledgeable. Loved the service!

Monty did a good job fixing our problem even though it cost way more than I expected. He was helpful in finding a coupon online. He was polite, covered his shoes, explained what he was doing. Would ask for him when we need a plumber again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I am 100% happy! Everything from the booking to the end was a breeze! Monty came out, showed me the problem with the shower/tub, showed me the price, and did the work in a very timely manner. He was the utmost professional, and had no problems answering my questions. I would strongly suggest/urge/tell/recommend anyone and all to use him! The next plumbing issue I have, I will of course call them back. Cleaned up after himself, wore booties, did the job right and there was no "surprise costs" at the end.
