Daniel S serviced our tankless hot water heater (which was leaking) yesterday. We always request Daniel as our service professional. He is personable, very competent & always explains the repair process, along with working diligently until the job is successfully completed. We have had the pleasure of using both Daniel and Ben Franklin Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for many years & will continue to do so.

Had a very clogged kitchen sink. Called Ben Franklin plumbing and in just a couple of hours they sent one of their service pros, Daniel. He was very thorough and efficient. Had the clog fix very quickly. Very affordable price as well. Will definitely be using them again.
