I wrote a very long review of my two helpers, Ms Kelsey and Mr Joe M. and just before I finished it, the screen went blank. It then started all over again. So here I go again, only because these two employees are yours went above and beyond. Who ever is doing the hiring at your establishment knows how to hire quality people who know how to deal with the public and you have found those people in Mr Joe M and Ms Kelsey. I'm glad that I found your company and am very pleased with to deal with your employees, GIVE THEM A PAT ON THE BACK!

We were so happy with our technician John when he came out to fix our toilet and shower that we had him return to thoroughly inspect all our plumbing. He did a wonderful job and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and John!

Called at noon on Saturday for kitchen faucet installation. Spoke with Jan who was very courteous. She scheduled Jeffrey to come out a little before 1:30. Jeffrey was very professional and completed installation in less than an hour and did a great job.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Review 03-21-17 As always, Gary P****, our plumber, has provided excellent service for decades. My first house he worked on was built in 1797. You can imagine how many plumbing problems one might have with such an old home, for example, frozen pipes, leaking upstairs bath tub, leaking outdoor antique water pump...My second home he worked on was built in 1924. Quite frankly, this house had more plumbing issues than the first one. I had a home warranty on this house so I was not allowed to pick the plumber at first. Several plumbers connected with this warranty plan could not figure out my problem. Finally, I get Gary over there and in no time flat, he had it figured out. The problem was an horrific odor in the main bathroom. It got worse on windy days. Gary did his normal "let's think about it" time. He is quite a problem solver. The prior owners had capped the vent on the roof that was specifically for this bathroom. This house also had a continual sump pump problem, but not one that Gary couldn't solve. My third and current home, for which he provides his plumbing expertise, is an old log cabin with a modern addition. Today's issue was in the new part of the house. There was no hot water all of a sudden, requiring a new heater installed under the house. It is no easy task to get into the very narrow crawl space to perform his work. I can't say enough good things about him and his expertise as he has proven to me over so many years. He is a kind-hearted, pleasant, problem-solving, God-fearing man who represents his family and employers in a very special, positive way. Who are you going to call? Gary P**** is your man!!!

Aaron was amazing. He came into our home and treated us with such respect. He knew exactly what needed to be done. His work was flawless. You would have never known he was there as you can tell he takes pride in what he does. I will be recommending this company to any and all as they truly are a 24 hour service. My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was exceptional, starting with the customer service representative that took my call. She was friendly and courteous. I was able to make a same-day appointment for late afternoon. However, I received a call that a service tech would be available sooner than anticipated, if I wanted to move up my appointment time. The service tech arrived to my home and showed me the problem with an explanation of repair options and upfront pricing. The tech was efficient and professional with his work, but also personable. Another positive is that the work comes with a 2 year warranty. I will absolutely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbers for any future needs.
