These guys are amazing! From the moment they picked up the phone to the moment they left we were the focus and actually treated like customers. We have been trying to get the same thing fixed through our warranty company and have had 3 plumbers come out since Jan 2017. Each of them told us something different, would "fix" the problem or tell us there wasn't one then leave. These guys are the ONLY plumber you will ever need. Ask for Daniel if you can. Great guy, had a good convo he actually explained everything each step of the way and I'm pretty sure our dog wanted to leave with him. If you need plumbing help, stop what you're doing, call them now.

John C was a fantastic service technician! He came out to our house (in an emergency) and immediately and calmly fixed the problem. We called at about 2:30 with this emergency issue. By 3:30 it was fixed. Amazing - couldn't be happier. Thanks BFP, and especially John!!

John came out to do our annual inspection. He was very thorough and professional. Our one bathroom had an issue with the tank and he figured out what the problem was and fixed it in no time. I made an appointment for 11am-1pm and a technician was available at 10am. He was finished with doing the annual inspection as well as rebuilding 2 tanks by noon. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Just had Mr. P**** from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at my house. I have a serious drain problem within the pipes in the house as well as the line running from the house to the city sewer. He spent a long time here investigating the problem, then explaining it to me. He went from what might be the most simple and least costly problem/fix to the worst case situation. Very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel like he understood my situation and would do all possible to repair.

We awoke on Saturday to a leaking water heater so I started calling around to see who could fit me into their schedule. Luckily, I found Tammy at Ben Franklin Plumbing. She was careful not to over-promise but definitely over-delivered. Jeffrey arrived much earlier than first expected and had the work completed in no time. Good product, great service, very professional and fair price. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!
