Daniel S was wonderful (again)! He's had to come over to the house FOUR times now and each time it's been awesome (and we make sure to request him specifically each time). This latest time, Daniel came to the house after our pipes froze (got to the teens in Nashville). He walked us through what to do in the event of frozen pipes, how to prevent the frozen pipes, and checked through the house to make sure we didn't have any burst pipes. Daniel, thank you for the peace of mind and all your help!

My plumber, Gary, even did some minor repairs I didn't know I needed & included them in the base price. He also recommended some possible low-cost solutions before I committed to a large repair job. I just want to say my technician Daniel S. was awesome. He actually fixed a problem caused by another plumbing company. They sent out two technicians on multiple days. Neither of them was able to fix my faucet. After about 2.5 hours of working on my faucet Daniel was able to get it back in the proper working order. Thanks to Ben Franklin I will not be using another plumbing company. Thanks again Daniel!

Not only do they email you a picture of the technician who will be coming to your house, but they also call you to inform you that the technician is on his way and will be there shortly.
