I woke to the terror of having a snake in my basement. Critter Control was responsive and professional in helping me. Evaluating the whole situation and developing a plan to deal with the situation long term. Don't hesitate.....call. Thanks Todd.

nothing accomplished
Critter Control put traps in my side yard to catch a "critter" that had been burrowing under the lawn. They moved the traps once but did not catch anything. Apparently, the "critters" migrated to another part of the yard and continue to burrow under the lawn. While we paid a healthy fee for the month the traps were set, we did not catch anything and the problem persists in other parts of the yard.
I have had success previously with the company on a mole issue, but this is a different animal and the expense prohibits our continued unsuccessful use of their services.

Robert- It was unfortunate we were unsuccessful in our attempts to capture the critters. I can assure you it was not due to a lack of effort or desire. Wildlife can be very unpredictable however, we strive to meet the needs of every customer. We would be happy to offer you a reduced rate for continued service. Attic Critters
Called Critter Control when we realized there were unwanted residents in the attic. A racoon had built a nest and Todd was able to trap it and determined it was a female with pups. The poor guy had to crawl the length of the attic to retrieve the babies who had crawled in search of their mommy. Definitely recommend Todd and Critter Control to everyone.

Great response time, great result.
I asked Critter Control to come and do a repair of my front porch due to woodpecker damage on the porch columns and soffits. They responded quickly, finishing the job with excellent quality work for a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any repairs, including any siding work!

Critter problems
We've had Todd out here for a couple different issues in the past few months---the first for what turned out to be a squirrel in the attic, and the second when my daughter and I saw a bat in our family room a couple weeks ago. Todd was very helpful and professional, and responded to our situation quickly. I was impressed (by the squirrel situation) at how thorough he was. We would definitely call him again if we had critter problems!!
