The staff is friendly, office is clean, and you're in and out timely. That's important because I come on lunch.

Friendly staff and doctors. Never had to wait too long for my appointment, and always treated kindly.

I did not end up getting seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time. When I was brought back into the room, I then waited another 20 minutes for the doctor. Just for him to come see me for about 5 minutes. I could hear the employees chatting away about their weekend, while I was just sitting in a room. Seems very unoraginzed and that everything is very rushed. My bill was over 70 dollars, just to get some cream. The tall girl with glasses at the front desk was very kind and very helpful with the questions I had while checking out. I felt she answered more questions than the doctor did. Office seems out dated a bit.. overall bad experience

I had a cyst removed from my neck on February 9th. I was a bit worried about the procedure but the Medical Assistant explained to me how the procedure would proceed and I felt much better. The doctor was very friendly and the procedure went smoothly. The doctor took his time to explain to me how the wound would heal which was comforting to me. I would go back to this office in a heartbeat if I need to. I am very happy with the results. My stitches have been removed and it is healing very well. There is no lump on my neck anymore which makes me very happy!

Not only are the providers patient, kind, warm and caring, but the office staff really does shine at this office. Some offices don't even acknowledge you, but this office went above and beyond making me feel welcome and valued. You can really tell that customer service is their #1 priority, as well as the providers. I have no complains whatsoever. I garuntee you will get you money's worth here.

I was very happy with my appointment. Gail was very informative. I had gone to a couple of other offices and felt like I was just another # that they could get money out of. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend your office to everyone. I am coming back in two weeks to start other services in the office. I had botox done when I was there the first time.
