Everyone was so nice and helpful and took care of my immediate needs!

I was greeted once I entered into the office. The staff was very friendly. The outer office is warm and comfortable. There was a little wait before going back to see the Doctor. The nurse that did the background and chart update was friendly. Once the Dr. Rubin came in, he was not rushed and was very thorough, which was appreciated.

My son had severe acne on his face and with the professional care he is receiving at Grekin Skin Institute it is healing quickly (in fact I am amazed at the results). I have recommended Grekin Skin Institute to many people.

The people at the office are great! All of my needs were addressed with little wait time. One concern I have is that I have been going to this office for a very long time. However, each time I have to fill out paperwork as if I am a new patient. I understand if there is a lapse in time that the file is archived, however, it bothers me that my history is not all in the same file.

This is an extremely busy location, but they are well staffed, efficient and tend to the needs of their patients in an effective manner. I was pre-screened in a room within 5 minutes of my appointment time and was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes thereafter. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very thorough in examination.
