I was a bit nervous at first, but soon after talking with the staff I realized I was at the right place. I am very pleased with the care I received yesterday afternoon.

I have been seeing Jenny for all of my dermatology needs for about 3 years . I trust her with my entire family's skin care needs as well..She addresses all skin related issues with a professional, caring but yet direct approach, all the while making me feel at ease no matter what the skin care issue is. I have always had a very good experience with the Grekin Institute. The staff is especially friendly and they make you feel at ease right away. I am going through one off the toughest times of my life but I always feel better after visiting the Institute. Dr. Rubin seems like a very caring and compassionate caregiver. I would highly recommend this institute to anyone.

Returned for check up unfortunately had another issue Dr Rubin was again very thourol and discussed with me all symptoms i love the way he takes time with me and explains all symptoms and choices. I highly recommend him.

I have been to the office in Wyandotte and Warren. The office staff in both places are very nice. I have always been placed in a patient room at the time of my appointment or very close. Once in the room, the nurse takes all of my information and concerns. I did not wait too much longer before the doctor comes in. Dr. C Rubin is very caring, conscious and personable. He treats you as a person and not a just a Number. He takes as much time with you as needed. I had one instance where I waited much longer than normal. Dr. Rubin apologized for making me wait. He gained my respect at that moment. I have NEVER had a doctor apologize to me and it was refreshing. I have recommened Dr. Rubin to friends and family!

Dr Grekin and all of his staff are the most inviting Dr's office staff I have ever been to. Dr Grekin was super with my 3 year old son, as was his staff. May son has a mole on his forehead and did even flinch when Dr Grekin had to get right in his face. I think kids can sense when someone is safe. I thought maybe it was because how cute mine son is that they were so nice. But I came back for myself and was treated just as well. Dr Grekin is very knowledgeable and personable, both which are very important in making someone feel comfortable.

Super friendly, fast and efficient. Never going anywhere else.
