I'm a very nervous person. But whenever I come in that office I feel very calm and at ease. The medical team is stupendous and I find the medical assistants to be extremely helpful to reassure you that everything is going to be OK. Dr. Rubin is very nonchalant and makes you feel very comfortable on your treatment plan. The staff there was very nice when you have questions and sometimes even some have text me when I send pictures to them. What doctor does that? Highly recommend this doctors office my entire family has gone there for years.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Grekin himself at this office. I had actually even called another dermatologist to switch my care and the process of starting Accutane due to the unprofessional-ism and lack of empathy or assuming ownership of a mistake that his staff made regarding filing my paperwork correctly and in a timely manner with iPledge. Jennifer, a member of the office staff, took complete ownership even though it was not her mistake. She was not the one who treated me poorly and screamed at me in front of the staff and other patients it was Dr. Grekin but she apologized on his behalf since he could not bother to make the call himself. It was her professionalism, knowledge, and problem solving attitude that restored my confidence in this office. She was apologetic when she didn't need to be and always welcomes me with such a warm smile. She is organized and knows more regarding the care of Accutane than the Doctor's name that is on the door of this office. It was her recommendation of Dr. Rubin as well that has kept me at the office and remained happy and positive through this whole process. In order to fit my schedule I have the first appointment on "Ruby Tuesday". Both of them have me back in a room almost immediately and at my last appointment I was in and out in 20 minutes. Dr. Rubin possesses the same professionalism as Jennifer and approaches each appointment with a positive attitude. I have not had the easiest road or the best results so far regarding my Accutane but the two of them help me to stay positive and I trust both of them to guide me through the rest of my regimen.

I have been treated by Jackie who is wonderful, caring and will always listen to you about why you are there for treatment. Dr. Rubin made me feel comfortable and approachable about asking questions. Both are highly professional with a caring attitude. The office staff at both locations couldn't be any better they are kind,friendly and careing about all the patients that come in to the office. Customer service is outstanding at both locations. Would highly recommend both offices.

Short wait time, friendly staff and great doctors.

I saw Jackie the nurse practitioner. The rash I have is on my chest and I am very self conscious about it. She made me feel very at ease and was extremely knowledgable. She knew what the problem was as soon as she looked at it. I waited only 5 minutes before being called back and only another 5 until I saw Jackie. I left feeling way better about my skin and hope to see progress in 1month. Highly recommended this dermatologist office.

I visited Grekin skin institute yesterday with my daughter and they over exceeded our expectations with their knowledge and professionalism. Dr. Grekin and Jonathan were patient while answering all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this dermatologist to anyone who is in need of one.
