The respectful way you treat homeowners who really need your help, mixed with the amazing way you work to fix things is a gift to all who know you. Your kindness to the new guy, on the jobsite, and to my wife makes everyone feel at ease, and eager to hear what you have to say. I am grateful for that. Secondly, I find you to be amazingly focused and fast. There is no question that I get that you are there to work and you accomplish so much in a short amount of time – When Lee’s on it, you know you are getting your money’s worth. You are the true demonstration of a Master Craftsman. And lastly, I am grateful that you are a veteran. It’s bad asses like you who protect old guys like me that make our country work and our freedom enduring – Having only one day, Veteran’s Day, to celebrate your sacrifice is not enough. Please know that I am grateful for that every day.

Lee was great! He wasn't able to change out the fixtures in the bathroom because the water pipe wasn't secured in the wall. But he did install two ceiling lights and they look wonderful. Lee explained everything as he went along and is doing an estimate for my shower. Thanks!

Lee did a great job repairing and fixing several wall areas that were damaged. One wall area required old counter top pieces removed, the area had to be sanded down and painted. the other wall needed a large hole closed, plastered and painted. He also replaced the porch light. So glad to have this work completed.

Hired Ace Handyman Services to paint two rooms. I appreciated that it was easy to schedule within a week, everyone I spoke with was friendly, and the handyman arrived at the stated time. When I scheduled I was told that all painting supplies would be provided and was quoted a price range to be finalized when the handyman arrived. I'd recommend more transparency with the price breakdown at time of scheduling, as I was surprised when the handyman arrived and stated that paint supplies would be on top of the quoted price range. He arrived without any painting supplies, which seemed strange as I had described the work needed when I scheduled. This resulted in a later start to painting, and it seemed he was rushed by the end, and ultimately the quality of the painting was poor. Unfortunately this was difficult to assess when he finished due to poor lighting after dark and much of the paint being wet. We ended up having to touch up and add a coat of paint to parts of every wall in both rooms a few days after the handyman finished. I will consider working with Ace Services again in the future, but not for painting.
