Lee did a great job repairing and fixing several wall areas that were damaged. One wall area required old counter top pieces removed, the area had to be sanded down and painted. the other wall needed a large hole closed, plastered and painted. He also replaced the porch light. So glad to have this work completed.

Hired Ace Handyman Services to paint two rooms. I appreciated that it was easy to schedule within a week, everyone I spoke with was friendly, and the handyman arrived at the stated time. When I scheduled I was told that all painting supplies would be provided and was quoted a price range to be finalized when the handyman arrived. I'd recommend more transparency with the price breakdown at time of scheduling, as I was surprised when the handyman arrived and stated that paint supplies would be on top of the quoted price range. He arrived without any painting supplies, which seemed strange as I had described the work needed when I scheduled. This resulted in a later start to painting, and it seemed he was rushed by the end, and ultimately the quality of the painting was poor. Unfortunately this was difficult to assess when he finished due to poor lighting after dark and much of the paint being wet. We ended up having to touch up and add a coat of paint to parts of every wall in both rooms a few days after the handyman finished. I will consider working with Ace Services again in the future, but not for painting.

Tom provided exceptional customer service and is a skilled craftsman. Tom provided excellent communication along the way of the repair. My expectations were exceeded!

Ace Hardware is a great customer service oriented business But The new outsourced company they use called Ace Handy Man services can’t receive a good recommendation in my situation I will start by saying the people are nice But showed up with equipment not qualified for the work, which caused them to take way too long - THEN left a huge pile in the street. I asked the worker to move it off my street and back onto my property just before he left He was nice but said he wouldn’t be coming back The next morning they said he job would cost more than their estimate We discussed that for awhile I said no I had called around a found someone to finish who would take less but I wanted that pile moved They were nice and said they would move it back onto my driveway into bags They did collect and bag the stuff from the night before but left quite a bit behind that they had agreed to do I paid them for that work even tho it wasn’t completely finished They also said they shouldn’t have accepted the job - It’s a shame because ACE has fantastic powerful equipment they could have used and finished much faster and at a much higher quality I also contacted an ACE hardware manager but he said the Handyman company only used the ACE logo on their trucks: they are not really part of ACE So exceedingly disappointing

We found Ace Handyman Services in the Douglas County Homeowner Referral Guidebook. We had originally scheduled a couple of additional projects to be completed, buy had taken care of them. They were very accommodating in letting me make the needed changes prior to our appointment. We had multiple drywall holes and cracks that needed repair. Scott was very pleasant and professional and explained what he would be doing and let me observe his work. We were very surprised that all of the work was completed in one day! Each repair looks great and you cannot even tell there ever was a problem. Thank you Scott and Ace Handyman Services!

I had been searching for a handyman to remove security bars from the windows of a condo that I had purchased. Two people I contacted never returned my calls. I decided to go to a website that I really didn't want to use. When I put my need into the search box, Ace Handyman Services popped up. I contacted them, received a call back and the removal was scheduled for within ten days. They set up a dumpster delivery, sent Scott and Juan to remove the bars and arranged for the dumpster removal. Scott was very efficient, polite and the work was none in a matter of hours. I was also pleased when I found out that it was less expensive and the original quote. I will keep the phone number handy in case I or any of my friends need a handyman service in the future.

Brett and Randy provided me with great assistance. I need a handyman for an unexpected plumbing disconnect. Randy was able to show up in 30 minutes and provide me with a disconnect.
