Jerrod called me to let me know that they had an opening several days earlier than the original Appointment date. I was really thrilled. Jim had a bit of trouble finding our house but he was GREAT because he called and let us know the problem and was very apologetiWork and was only going to be a few minutes later than planned. He came in and got right to work. When I came back home I was told that a part was missing from the BRAND NEW Faucet that I had purchased from a local retailer. I ran back to the store and got the part. In the meantime Jim kept working and was waiting for the part when I arrived. He was so GREAT. He even took his shoes off to come into my home. He finished in a timely fashion and the cost was well below what I was quoted from Handyman and was almost $300.00 less than I had been quoted by another agency. Jim took the old sink, garbage disposal and old faucet outside for me and left it where I wanted. He had a very clean work area and Jim was so great as to explain about the new faucet and garbage disposal and how to loosen up the grinders inside if they every got hung up. Jim had to partially re-plumb the trap and drain for the new sink and Garbage disposal. There was very little water leakage from having to remove all the old pipe. I wish that I could give both of these men 10 stars. They are worth it. They are very clear about the cost quote and that they would rather estimate a bit too high and then have no surprises. Thank you so very much. The sink is great and the work and courtesy from Jim was beyond superb. Thank you for keeping me from having to do this myself.

Darrel did a great job. Arrived on time. Pleasant and efficient.I would recommend this company. Only concern I had was the cost for an hours small job-but This was upfront and I am happy with the work done. I would use them again.

I never thought my ceramic tile would ever look the same again.Then Jim came in and made it all work again.You can not tell where the damage was and the fix began and ended.Jim was always on time,and very enjoyable to be around.I have more work to be done in the cooler months.Thank you very much.

Steve and Jim were very professional and pleasant to be around. They installed new ceiling fan, replaced patio door wheels, raised dining room chandelier and fixed front security door. All work was done satisfactory. I will use them again.

Steve hung some art and an extremely heavy large mirror. He was very resourceful in figuring out how to get the job done with no one to help with the lifting and placement. Would definitely use this service again.

Jim was very professional and on time ready to start. Fixed kitchen drawer's that one off their roller tracks, Adjusted height and tracks on several full length louvered doors to open and close shut properly. Jim did a great job on building a door hatch outside of our stucco wall. His work was impressive and we would recommend him to any high technical job. He took on a full construction job and made the final project better that we had ever anticipated. He started at 6am sharp and finished this complicated job by 5pm.
